1. Nature of the relationship
Joining or applying to the FCP Partner Network is not automatically an offer of employment. Partners may be engaged as independent collaborators, referral partners, freelance realtors, or another defined category stated in writing.
2. Application and onboarding
Submitting an expression of interest or creating an account does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants may be asked to complete screening, verification, and onboarding steps before any engagement begins.
3. Fees
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, FCP does not treat a website expression of interest as creating an application, onboarding, training, or subscription fee obligation. Any fee requirement will be disclosed before acceptance of that obligation.
4. Compensation principles
Where compensation applies, it is typically based on the written arrangement and may be commission-based, referral-based, fixed-fee, or mixed. Payment entitlement usually depends on qualifying activities, lead attribution rules, completed transactions, or other conditions set out in the agreement.
5. Lead attribution and disputes
Lead attribution and dispute handling follow the process in the applicable partner agreement or FCP’s documented partner procedures at the time of the engagement.
6. Recruitment hierarchies
Where a referral hierarchy or multi-level collaboration model applies, its structure, limitations, and payment conditions must be set out in the written arrangement. Website language alone does not create income rights.
7. Expenses
Unless expressly agreed in writing, partners are responsible for their own advertising, tools, transport, and operating expenses.
8. No income guarantee
An application or partner relationship does not guarantee income, leads, transactions, commissions, or property allocations.
9. Conduct
Partners are expected to communicate accurately, protect confidential information, and follow applicable laws and FCP’s professional conduct expectations.
